Hello, if you’re seeing this message try the following:1. Carefully review your card number. Make sure you are entering each digit correctly. 2 Are you entering your registration code found on the back of the card? After entering your card number you should be prompted to enter the registration code found on the back of your card. 3. Did you previously register? If so, use your log in user name and password. Once logged in you may add additional cards by clicking on the “+” icon on your home screen. If none of the above fix your issue then please submit a help request at www.mysnappys.com/help.
