I hang mine on a small S-hook inside the cabinet door – zero drawer space used and it's always handy. Some nest it inside their biggest pan, but hanging keeps it cleaner. Go for a model that's fairly flat with a straight or foldable handle. Mine is stainless, not too bulky, and the handle doesn't stick out much. It dries quickly after rinsing so no moisture issues. Fits my small setup perfectly and still does the job on 10–12 inch pans. This one stores easily and performs great – grease splatter guard . Ideal when space is at a premium.
