Here’s what I always add to keep a UAT plan tight and effective: first, include clear risk areas — what parts of the product have broken most often in the past and deserve extra scrutiny. Second, define entry and exit criteria so everyone knows when UAT really starts and ends. Third, assign responsibilities for test setup, monitoring, and bug triage.
