How much can you really trust what’s being sold online?
I got curious about this whole market after hearing people at the gym talk about ordering different performance-enhancing products online, including listings labeled
At first it sounded pretty straightforward, but then I started reading more about counterfeit products, wrong dosages, and stuff being made in questionable conditions. That honestly changed my attitude quite a bit. Even if someone thinks they know what they’re getting, there’s no guarantee the bottle actually contains what the label says.

I’ve seen the same thing discussed in fitness communities. People often focus on whether something is cheap or easy to get, while the bigger issue is knowing what’s actually inside it. A friend of mine once had a product that looked completely legitimate, but he later found out the packaging wasn’t enough to prove anything about its contents. Personally, I’d rather discuss these things with a doctor and use properly regulated medication when there’s a genuine medical reason.
